BACKGROUND
This is a rear domestic property (Click here to find out more about our domestic Japanese Knotweed removal services) situated in West Bromwich, we were contacted by the landlord to conduct a survey as they are re-mortgaging the property and a Mortgage Surveyor has suspected Japanese Knotweed in the rear garden.
SITE SURVEYS
Knotweed Services attended to conduct a survey in June 2018, (see images below) Access was gained via a gate to the rear of the property.
The Tenant informed our Surveyor she had been cutting down the suspected Japanese Knotweed to floor level since she had lived there approximately for 3 months, although she also informed her mom had previously lived at the property and had also been cutting it down for several years not knowing what it was.

After 2 very successful treatments in the first year Knotweed Services are proud to show how effective a Herbicide Treatment Plan can be if this is Treated at the correct time of
year and the correct Treatment method is used.
Although the customer had been cutting it down Knotweed Services are always happy to help especially when it comes to buying or selling or even re-mortgaging your property. The next visit will be in the growing season of 2019.
