BACKGROUND

We were contacted by our client to conduct a survey at a residential property within the Birmingham area. Our client had concerns with a small area of Japanese Knotweed within their garden that had been treated historically.

SITE SURVEY

A small zone of Japanese Knotweed – Approx. 1m2 was identified at this property within the Birmingham area following a survey. The client had been self treating the Knotweed for over 3-4 years. The knotweed continued to grow so it was decided by the client that an excavation would be proceeded with to excavate the root system and infested soils.
