About 4 weeks ago, a school in Walsall contacted us with pictures of an invasive weed. They asked us if we could identify whether or not the invasive weed on their premises was Japanese knotweed. It turns out that it was indeed, Japanese knotweed.
We explored the various methods of Japanese knotweed removal that were available for their school in Walsall. After discussing their requirements, it was decided that the best method of Japanese knotweed removal would be dig and dump.
Dig and Dump is the excavation of any and all soils containing the possibility of Japanese knotweed rhizome. These are then loaded into a large vehicle and transported to a licensed landfill site and then disposed of safely. Dig and Dump will rid you of Japanese Knotweed when other solutions will not.
We have included pictures showing both the before and after situation of the infected area. Please take a look below.
