We were instructed by our client to complete a Dig and Dump to remove all Japanese knotweed from a site in Kings Norton, Birmingham where they are looking to develop 14 houses.
The Dig and Dump method involves the excavation of all Japanese knotweed soils and disposed of as controlled waste to licensed landfill under EPA 1990 Duty of care guidelines.
Our trained technicians first completed a vegetation clearance before successfully fully excavating the Japanese knotweed.
This would require two technicians, plant machinery, and an operative for five days.
Works Complete
We are pleased to report the work was successfully carried out within the designated timeframe and budget.
Our client was extremely happy with how neat the job was and can now successfully proceed with the housing development.
Well done to our excellent team for carrying out a brilliant job as always!
