Another successful round of nightshifts completed by the KSUK team for our client QTS. 👷‍♂️

Our nightshift watch and briefs involved carrying out regular site inspections, monitoring ongoing invasive species works, checking work areas for safety and housekeeping, and ensuring all activities were progressing in line with the programme.

Key activities included:

🔎 Regular site watches and inspections

🦺 Monitoring health & safety compliance and Biosecurity measures

🚧 Checking work areas, access routes and housekeeping

📋 Briefing the team on ongoing and planned works

🤝 Coordinating with site personnel and other trades

✅ Identifying and addressing any issues throughout the shift

Accelerant Insurance UK Limiteds primary and founding product was IBG’s and they are in the industries leaders in Japanese Knotweed insurance. The package we recommended for this project is the is “designed to provide cover in the event that the insured remedial works fail, during the period of insurance, and the contractor has ceased to trade and is unable to honour claims on the written guarantee.” (Accelerant Insurance UK Limited, 2017).
